Deadlines, documents, and a filing calendar
Add an LLC you already have. See what its state requires, on what date, and where to file it. We remind you before each deadline, and its documents stay with the company.
eFiling is a private document-filing service, not a government agency. You file with the state directly. The calendar says when.
What the dashboard tracks
The calendar covers 51 recurring filings across 46 states and the District of Columbia — annual and biennial reports, franchise taxes, statements of information — each worked out from the date your LLC was formed.
- The calendar. Every recurring filing your state asks of an LLC, with its due date.
- Reminders. An email thirty days before each deadline, a week before, and the day before.
- The state's own pages. Each deadline links to the office that takes the filing and shows the state's fee as last checked.
- Records. Mark each filing done and keep the date on record.
Business Hub
The same free account holds the calendar, the documents, and the deadlines together. Business Hub is the name of that desk.
If you would rather we file it
The calendar, the reminders, and the documents come with the free account. The services below are optional, at the same prices as the pricing page.
- Registered agent · $199/yr A physical in-state address to receive legal and state mail, with same-day scans. Covers the first year.
- Annual compliance · $175/yr Your annual report prepared and filed, two amendments, and deadline notices. Covers the first year.
- Operating agreement · $99 A lawyer-reviewed template, customized to your members. Banks often require one.
Each figure is our fee for preparing the paperwork. Where a filing has a state fee, that fee is separate and is charged only when it falls due. You can file with the state yourself and pay only the state fee. This is guidance, not legal or tax advice.
What it is not
The dashboard is informational. Due dates and fees are taken from the states' published rules and checked on the date shown; the state's own page is the authority, and filing is your act. It is not legal or tax advice.
